Item of the Day: Christian Louboutin’s Vizu Ankle Boot

I love Gilt Group. I could probably buy the bulk of my wardrobe exclusively from them, much in the way that I could from Girlshop back in the day (before they got crazy big, and then, you know, closed). However, Gilt sales can inspire a certain gripping…not fear, but anxiety, sort of similar to the frenzied early hours of a crowded sample sale. Needless to say, a label as coveted as Christian Louboutin is guaranteed to be such an event.

My only consolation is that until our home renovations are done, I can absolutely not buy anything not found at the hardware store, no matter how fabulous or how good of a deal it is. And last I checked, Home Depot was not stocking these Louboutin netted booties.
